Is there self-pick-up option?

  • The Self Pick-Up option is available. Pick from our Shop.

  • COD won’t proceed if your order Amount exceeds Rs 5,000. 
  • On orders above the value of Rs.5,000 we will need an advance payment. The customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation VIA WhatsApp and the account details will be communicated then.
  • Delivery Free on order Rs.5000

DELIVERY TIME

  • The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.
  • You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
  • Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and order confirmation.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Flat Delivery charges Rs.300 will be charged on all orders delivered within Pakistan
  • Flat Delivery charges is covered up to 10KG Only, for every additional Kg Rs.50 will be charged, Customer will be contacted for additional charges on order confirmation VIA WhatsApp. (not applicable for Lahore Customers)
  • Customers will be liable to bear the delivery charges if they refuse the delivery.
