Refund and Returns Policy
- Exchange or Return of items from an order will be subject to the delivery and return charges. If you have availed free shipping, both delivery and return charges will be applicable on exchange and return by the customer.
- Store pickup items can be returned to any Robin Art store. Please bring your invoice with the items that you want to return. For shipped orders, you have the option to either return to your local store or ship the items back.
- All our “Paper, Boards& Canvas” category products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange unless you have received it in a poor/damaged condition.
- Items purchased from SALE will not be exchanged or returned.
- Damaged/ Defective Items : If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or it is damaged, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging. Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with below mentioned details.
- If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: –
- Order number#
- Delivery address#
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product
- Please send us an image and video of the item.
- You may contact us via email at robinart.pk@gmail.com or call our customer care at +923078462226 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (ISB). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
- A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and original packaging are intact.

- The refund policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us WhatsApp at 0307-8462226.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
